Departmental Bulletin Paper<br />After the country enacted the Hate Speech Regulation law, many local governments enacted the Hate Speech Regulation Ordinances. Among them are ordinances that take a stricter attitude toward hate speech than national law. A representative example is the Kawasaki City Ordinance.
