護師に，アルゴリズムを使用した看護支援を実施してもらった．その後，所属毎にグループインタビューを実施し，質的帰納的に分析した． 結 果：対象者は28名で看護師経験が10年以上ある者が7割を占めた．外来看護への効果は49コードから10サブカテゴリーに集約され，「社会で生活するサバイバーを統合的にみることが可能になる」，「多職種をつなぎ支援の方向性を共有化できる」「外来看護師としての自己効力感が高まる」のカテゴリーが形成された． 考 察：外来看護師がアルゴリズムを使用したことでサバイバーの社会的背景を明確化でき，個別的な支援を可能にした．それによりサバイバーとの信頼関係強化の一助となり，看護師の自己効力感を高めることにもつながった．

，2. 初回原案の作成として第 1 段階：社会役割の支援に必要な記載項目の検討，第 2 段階：PFC 形式での作成などを経て，初回原案の評価の調査と修正を行った．【結 果】サバイバーの状態をアセスメントし社会役割の継続に向けた具体的支援を含め，1）初回治療前／初回治療当日のアルゴリズム，2）診察日のアルゴリズム，3）治療変更時のアルゴリズム，4）症状悪化時のアルゴリズムの原案を開発した．【結 語】サバイバーの社会役割と治療の調和に向けた看護アルゴリズム原案は，サバイバーを総合的にアセスメントし具体的な対応を行い，他職種との連携により迅速に支援できる内容が含まれた．

agency of cancerpatients under treatment.Design:A cross-sectional study was performed.M ethods:The study involved patients with cancer who were receiving care on an outpatient basis at 4 hospitals inthe Kanto/Shinetsu Districts of Japan. The items of the Self-care Agency Scale for Cancer Patients under Treatment(SAC) were developed using a qualitative study. The main research variables that were analyzed were obtainedfrom a temporary questionnaire, the Self-Care Agency Questionnaire for Patients with Chronic Illness, and theFunctional Assessment of Cancer Therapy General. After an item analysis,the construct validity was assessed usinga confirmatory factor analysis, followed by an analysis of the scale’s reliability and criterion validity.Findings:A convenience sample of 303 cancer patients was utilized. The fitness indices for the scale were as follows:Goodness of Fit Index (GFI)＝0.911;Adjusted GFI＝0.878. The Cronbach αcoefficient was 0.900. The SAC wasdeveloped as a secondary factor model that included 3 factors and 15 items. The results of evaluation using thisscale were significantly correlated with those of extermal standards.Conclusions:The SAC’s construct validity, criterion validity, and reliability were all confirmed.

agency andquality of life (QOL) in cancer patients undergoing outpatient chemotherapy. Design: The study used a correlationalresearch design with cancer patients undergoing outpatient chemotherapy at a medical facility. M ethods:The subjects of the study were cancer patients from Facility A undergoing outpatient chemotherapy. A self-reportsurvey form was distributed to subjects and responses were returned by mail. The main variables of interestconsisted of(1)Honjo’s(2001)SCAQ to test chronic patients’self-care agency and (2)Cella’s(1993)FACT-G forQOL. Findings:The average age of subjects was 58.4, and the leading cancer types were breast cancer (38％) andlymphoma malignum (20％). The mean score(±SD) for each scale was 124.02± 13.56 on the SCAQ and 72.91±17.04 on the FACT-G. A significant correlation was found between the scores on these two scales (r＝.245, p.05). Conclusions: People with greater self-care agency have a higher level of QOL. The results suggest theimportance of nurses’support in helping to cultivate patients’self-care agency.
