questionnaire, THI, the Todai Health Index, which was accessed by unspecified internet users themselves in order to provide health serice. The accessed and input data of THI were used for the analysis in this report. The survey made use of 2,494 users on the internet. The subjects were 1,589 males and 905 females, aged from 20 to 59 years old. The results were as follows : 1) It was pointed out that the subjects have problems in mental and physical health status. 2) Especially, an effect size d of "Mental instability" and "Depression" was large. The effect size d was more than the factory employee with high physical and mental stress.
