pecially after a survey result of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare survey team reported in 2013. This paper inquires how much schoolchildren are getting into the Internet addiction on surveys we executed in Maebashi City during these three years (2015 – 2017) including a longitudinal panel survey. The result tells us 4.5-7.9 % of elementary school children and 6.2-7.6% of junior-high school students belong to the high risk group. It also shows that once you fall into addiction, it is appropriately difficult to get out of such condition. We investigated also the influence of the parental control to the Internet addiction among pupils through asking the domestic rules and found that those rules could not prevent the overuse of the Internet of schoolchildren.

According to our regression analysis, movie sites are the most influential among several online services for the “addiction score”we set on our questionnaire.We also find out the adaptationto schoollife is important for the score.

Not a few researchers point out that it is important to prevent students from falling into the addiction because it is very difficult to recover from this “disease.” This paper attempts to find out risk factors for this disease on a survey we executed in primary and junior high schools in Maebashi city, Gunma prefecture, Japan. The result tells us that 8.3% of 5-6 grade primary schoolchildren and 9.1% of junior-high schoolchildren are regarded as belonging to high risk groups. LINE, online games and movie sites are remarkably popular among the risk groups. They also incline to answer to our questionnaire that they feel the learning at school as difficult, uneasy with their own family, and reluctant to attend schools.

The situation that\nchildren are exposed to every kind of haumful and dangerous information which had been blocked\nout by the gatekeepers like their parents or teachers is quite a new experience we have to be\nconfronted with.\n This paper wants to investigate how teenagers in Guma prefecture use the mobile Internet\nand how the problems we mentioned above embody themselves, based on the survey which we\nexecuted on 2008-2010. We find out the fact that the parents fail to control their children's use\nof the Internet and that schoolchildren are exposed to latent dangers in their daily lives. It is\nnecessary to inquire how to build a desirable and feasible infoumation enviroument for teenagers\nand their parents.
