した． 方 法：医療的ケアを要する子どもの相談支援に携わった経験のある A 県内の相談支援専門員 10 名を対象に半構成的面接を実施し，質的記述的方法を用いて分析した． 結 果：相談支援専門員が行う家族支援の実際として，【家族の援助ニーズを把握する】【家族の思いを受け止める】【家族関係調整の役割を意識してかかわる】【家族と支援機関等とをつなぐ】【家族全体をみながら相談支援を行い計画に活かす】【安心・安全を意識しながら支援する】【他職種・他機関と連携して家族支援をする】の 7 カテゴリが形成された． 結 語：相談支援専門員が行う家族支援の特徴として，「つなぐ」役割や安心・安全を意識した支援などが明らかとなった． これらの特徴と，訪問看護師の医療面での専門性とを相互に活かしながら連携し，家族支援を実践することが求められる．

対象とし，質問票による集合調査を行った．内容は地域での暮らしを見据えた看護の理解および実践の自己評価27 項目で，回答は，できない1 点，あまりできない2 点，少しできる3 点，できる4 点とした．学年ごとに項目の平均値を算出し，一元配置分散分析および多重比較を行った（p＜0.05）．結 果：有効回答211 部（有効回答率97.2％）．理解では，2・3 年次は全項目で3 点台であったが，1 年次では7 項目にとどまった．8 項目で有意差がみられ，1 年次よりも2・3 年次の得点が高かった．実践は，3年次が10 項目において3 点台，1・2 年次は3 点台がなく，すべて2 点台であった．全項目で1 年次よりも3 年次，9 項目で2 年次よりも3 年次の得点が高かった．結 論：教育改革開始から2 年経過した時点で，教育の効果が現れていることが確認された．

Systematic studies about nursing practice during the transition of technology-dependent children from hospital to home are very limited in Japan. This study explored the nursing practice supporting the transition of technology-dependent children from hospital to home. Methods:Qualitative descriptive design was used. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews from 15 nurses in three different settings:nurses of inpatient pediatric units;nurse discharge coordinators;and home care nurses. Results:Nursing practices unique to each of the three settings were identified;hospital primary nurses advocated for the parents; nurse discharge coordinators assumed the mediating role;home care nurses respected and monitored parents’way of care. Promoting parents’self-efficacy was a key role common in hospital and home care nurses. The roles of the nurse discharge coordinators in dealing with this pediatric population were newly reported. Conclusions:Nursing practices of each setting were identified. The findings are expected to guide the nurses to recognize and appreciate their roles for each other which in turn would enable development of nurse-to-nurse collaboration for successful transition.

Methods :\nSearching Japanese references from 1990 to 2010 in Japana Centra Revuo Medicina Web, Ver.4 and\nCitation lnformation by National Institute of lnformatics (CiNii) using keywords "nursery school,"\n"nurse," and "role," this study explored the current practice conditions and roles of nurses working at\nnursery schools. Results: Twenty seven articles were retrieved for analysis, of which more than 70%\nreported results of quantitative research. Studies about directors and managers constituted 34.2% of the\narticles, and those about nurses, 28.9%. This study identified current nurse practice conditions in\nnursery schools and the roles and duties expected of nurses by nursery school administrators, managers,\nand parents. In addition, nursery school nurses identified some limitations and restrictions placed on\ntheir nursing and health activities, while they expressed desires to more broadly exerci se their professional\nskills. Discussion : In order to promote health and safety of children in nursery schools and improve\nthe assignment of nursery school nurses, it is necessary to understand the current conditions and issues\nof nursing practice and health care, as well as an empirically grounded analysis of support for these\nnurses.
