Departmental Bulletin Paper<br />The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between the criteria for judging medical incapacity and family consent. The author has previously worked for the same purpose, and based on this, in this paper, after supplementing the materials (mainly judicial precedents), I will provide an analysis from the perspective of informed consent, which is the basis of medical consent. I will try to add some consideration.
