- 概要:
- application/pdf
Departmental Bulletin Paper
Labyrinthine tubulovesicle networks, residents in the intercellular space between the lateral plasma membranes of adjoining hepatocytes of mice, rats, golden hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits, were studied by the freeze-fracture technique. The network was seen extending from the region beneath tight-junctional meshwork to the region near the perisinusoidal space. Fractured faces of tubulovesicles appeared … to be composed of concave, convex, and/or concentric particle-free membranes. Membranous blisters were also seen in the intercellular space and often joined with the network. In thin sections, myelin figures, identical structures to the network, were seen in the intercellular space between hepatocytes. Tubulovesicle network may be bile acid components which are transported through the intercellular space. 続きを見る
