概要: 目的:大学の看護基礎教育課程のシラバスの記述内容から「看護政策管理学」を構成する要素を明らかにし,その関係性について考察する.方法:看護系大学193校に看護基礎教育課程の平成22年度版シラバスの送付を依頼した.入手できた73校のシラバスを分 析対象とした.20キーワードを設定し,授業概要・目的・目標からキーワードを含む記述をコードとして抽出した.コードをカテゴリ化し要素の形成を試みた.最後に要素間の関係性について考察した.結果:「看護政策管理学」を構成する要素は,【憲法の基本理念と法】【保健医療(福祉)システムの概要】【看護を提供するための組織と管理】【看護活動と政策】【看護を提供するあらゆる場の看護の役割と機能】など,18のカテゴリから形成された.結論:看護政策管理学を構成する18要素は,順序性を持ちながら影響し合う関係性を持つことにより,看護の役割と機能が発揮されると考えた.<br />Objectives : The purposes of this study were to clarify elements of "nursing policy and administration" in the descriptive content of syllabi of university basic nursing education curricula, and consider their relationships. Methods : A request was sent to 193 nursing universities, asking them to send syllabi of their basic nursing education curriculum for the 2010 academic year. Syllabi obtained from 73 universities were subjected to analysis. 20 keywords were selected, and text containing these keywords in the course overview and purposes were elicited as codes. Codes were categorized and an attempt to create constituent elements were made. Finally, the relationships among these elements were considered. Results : Elements constituting "nursing policy and administration" comprised 18 categories, including "Basic principles of the Constitution and laws", "Overview of health and medical (welfare) systems", "Organization and management for provision of nursing", "Nursing activities and policies", and "Role and functions of nursing in all situations in which nursing is provided". Conclusion : It is concluded that the role and the function of nursing is exerted well enough when the 18 elements of "the nursing policy and administration" are being influenced one another retaining their ordering alignment.<br />報告 続きを見る

概要: 目的:経験4年以下の看護職者の職務継続意志と職務満足に対する関連要因を明らかにし,働き続けられる支援の検討をする.方法:A県内3ヵ所の200~700床の一般病院に勤務する看護職者1,064名に,自記式質問紙調査を実施した.得られた有効回答の うち経験4年以下の看護職者204名を対象とした.分析方法は,t検定,STEPWISE法を用いた重回帰分析などを行った.結果:現病院で仕事の継続意志無は全体の約4割であった.仕事の満足度に影響する要因は,組織的要因では,給料が最も大きく,次いで病棟への所属感,看護管理システム,スタッフ間の人間関係,労働条件と福利厚生であった.専門性要因は,ケア提供時間であった.変革力は仕事の満足度を低くする要因となった.結論:現状に即した処遇,看護体制や業務の見直しと人間関係のよい職場風土作りをすることが看護管理者の重要な役割であることが示唆された.<br />Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify certain decision-making factors regarding job continuity as they relate to and affect job satisfaction, and to investigate ways to support job continuity. Methods : Questionnaires were distributed to 1,064 nurses who worked at general hospitals of 200-700 beds. This study focused on nurses who had less than four years of work experience. A total of 204 nurses participated in the study. Results : 40% of nurses who worked at hospitals did not want to continue working at the same hospitals. Two factors, organizational and professional, affected job satisfaction. The organizational factors were pay, a feeling of belonging to one's own ward, the care delivery system, relationships among colleagues, working conditions, and general health and safety. The professional factor was the provision of sufficient care time. In addition, dissatisfaction in the above specific areas was exacerbated by an overall perception of one's lack of power to bring about reform. Conclusions : The results of this study suggest that nursing administrators need to consider the impact of 40% overall job dissatisfaction on nursing care delivery. It is recommended that nursing administrators take positive steps toward improving overall working conditions in order to more effectively provide nursing care.<br />原著 続きを見る
