概要: 目的:大学の看護基礎教育課程のシラバスの記述内容から「看護政策管理学」を構成する要素を明らかにし,その関係性について考察する.方法:看護系大学193校に看護基礎教育課程の平成22年度版シラバスの送付を依頼した.入手できた73校のシラバスを分 … 析対象とした.20キーワードを設定し,授業概要・目的・目標からキーワードを含む記述をコードとして抽出した.コードをカテゴリ化し要素の形成を試みた.最後に要素間の関係性について考察した.結果:「看護政策管理学」を構成する要素は,【憲法の基本理念と法】【保健医療(福祉)システムの概要】【看護を提供するための組織と管理】【看護活動と政策】【看護を提供するあらゆる場の看護の役割と機能】など,18のカテゴリから形成された.結論:看護政策管理学を構成する18要素は,順序性を持ちながら影響し合う関係性を持つことにより,看護の役割と機能が発揮されると考えた.<br />Objectives : The purposes of this study were to clarify elements of "nursing policy and administration" in the descriptive content of syllabi of university basic nursing education curricula, and consider their relationships. Methods : A request was sent to 193 nursing universities, asking them to send syllabi of their basic nursing education curriculum for the 2010 academic year. Syllabi obtained from 73 universities were subjected to analysis. 20 keywords were selected, and text containing these keywords in the course overview and purposes were elicited as codes. Codes were categorized and an attempt to create constituent elements were made. Finally, the relationships among these elements were considered. Results : Elements constituting "nursing policy and administration" comprised 18 categories, including "Basic principles of the Constitution and laws", "Overview of health and medical (welfare) systems", "Organization and management for provision of nursing", "Nursing activities and policies", and "Role and functions of nursing in all situations in which nursing is provided". Conclusion : It is concluded that the role and the function of nursing is exerted well enough when the 18 elements of "the nursing policy and administration" are being influenced one another retaining their ordering alignment.<br />報告続きを見る
